UX/UI Product Designer

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex problems into elegant, accessible solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and user research
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Present and defend design decisions based on user research and product requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Understanding of motion design and animation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
